For 18 years, families and property owners across Bentonville, AR have called Alert Bio-Services when a situation went beyond ordinary cleaning. We show up, we take charge, and we restore the space with care.
Alert Bio-Services was founded 18 years ago on a simple idea: the worst day of someone's life should not be made harder by a company that shows up late, unprepared, or unwilling to do the difficult parts of the job. We have grown across Bentonville, AR by keeping that promise, one property at a time.
Our crews handle situations that most companies decline outright, from severe hoarding conditions to sewage contamination and human waste exposure. We do this work because someone has to do it right, with patience, respect for the people involved, and strict attention to health and safety standards.
Our team never treats a difficult property as a spectacle. We work quietly, professionally, and without commentary on how a situation developed.
Every load of contaminated material is transported and disposed of through a licensed facility, with documentation available to you or your insurer.
We work around court orders, family availability, and property manager timelines rather than forcing a rigid schedule onto an already stressful situation.
Before we start, you receive a written scope explaining exactly what will be removed, treated, or replaced, with no surprise charges added later.
Severe hoarding, prolonged decomposition, and heavy sewage contamination require different equipment and protective gear than a standard cleaning job, and our crews carry all of it.
We test air quality and surface contamination throughout the job, not just at the end, so no one re-enters the space before it is genuinely safe.
You get updates from the technician on site or their supervisor directly, not a call center reading from a script.
Where items can be safely cleaned and returned rather than discarded, we sort and treat them instead of throwing everything away by default.
These are six of the situations Bentonville, AR residents and property managers call us for most. Each one comes with its own risks and its own protocol, and our crews are trained specifically for each.
Severe hoarding creates layered health hazards, from structural strain to pest infestation and hidden biohazards buried under years of accumulation. We work room by room, sorting items with the resident or family's input where possible, and clearing a path back to a livable, safe home.
Hoarding CleanupDecomposition affects far more than what is visible. Fluids penetrate flooring and subflooring, and odor compounds embed themselves into porous materials. We remove affected materials entirely and treat the surrounding structure so the smell does not return weeks later.
Decomposition CleanupSewage backups introduce bacteria and pathogens throughout a property in a matter of hours. We extract contaminated water, remove unsalvageable materials, and disinfect the full affected area following biohazard protocol, not standard water damage procedure.
#Whether from a plumbing failure, medical situation, or extended neglect, human waste contamination requires full biohazard handling, not general cleaning products. We remove, disinfect, and deodorize thoroughly, addressing both visible mess and underlying contamination.
Human Waste CleanupDiscarded needles and sharps present a serious puncture and infection risk to anyone who encounters them, including children and pets. Our technicians locate, safely contain, and dispose of sharps through proper medical waste channels.
#Businesses face added pressure to reopen quickly and safely after a biohazard event. We coordinate around your operating hours where possible and provide documentation your business can use to demonstrate compliance with health regulations.
Commercial Biohazard CleanupOur crews are based in and around Bentonville, AR, which means we understand local disposal requirements, know which facilities are licensed to accept biohazardous waste, and can usually reach a property faster than a company routing calls from another region.
We have worked with Bentonville, AR property managers, landlords, and estate attorneys long enough to know how to keep a job moving without unnecessary delays, paperwork confusion, or miscommunication between everyone involved.
Yes, we can proceed with authorization from the property owner, a legal representative, or a court order where applicable. We understand that family members are not always able or willing to be on site, and we work respectfully either way.
Yes. Sewage contamination is classified as a biohazard, which means it requires different handling, disposal, and disinfection standards than a standard water damage claim. Many policies do cover it, and we provide documentation formatted to support that type of claim.
Wherever safely possible, we sort belongings into categories such as keep, donate, and discard, working with the resident or their representative on decisions. Items affected by contamination or pest damage are handled separately and disposed of according to biohazard protocol.
Our technicians use puncture-resistant sharps containers and follow medical waste handling protocol from the moment a needle is located through its final disposal at a licensed facility, minimizing risk to everyone involved, including our own crew.
It depends on the size and location of the affected area. In many cases we can contain and treat a section of a business while other areas remain operational, and we will discuss options with you before work begins.
We do not mask odor with fragrance. Instead we remove contaminated materials at the source and treat the remaining structure, which is why our odor resolution holds up over time rather than fading back within days.
